He saw how stressful a breakdown or accident could be for the person on the other end of the tow hook, and he figured if he was going to be in this business, he was going to do it right. That's still how Caliber runs today. It's a small, family operation, just Roger and one other driver, which means when you call, you're getting someone who actually cares whether your day gets better.
The name "Caliber" comes from his daughter Cali, who he's always called Cali Bear. Every truck on the road carries a piece of that. We think it shows.

Roger is the kindest guy! My mother and I got stuck on the side of the freeway, and he got to us in less than 20 minutes. He took the time to take us almost an hour away from Pleasant View and handled our truck with so much care while loading and unloading. Very reasonable pricing! When the tires and rims were literally stolen off my car, it stumped other towing groups. Roger took the time to craft a custom towing solution to hook my car to a wood platform without getting it further scratched at an extremely reasonable rate for his time and labor. I highly recommend!

This guy (Roger) really exceeded our expectations! Professional, skilled, prompt and friendly. He had the equipment to pound-out the fender on our boat trailer that was destroyed by the tread that flew off one of the tires at high speed and replaced the mangled tire. We were on our way in about 20 minutes. Roger came through for us when we really needed it!! Definitely 5-stars!!!!
